Responsible to achieve regional sales, marketing and execution plans Manage new customer sign-up Continuously develop and improve on regional sales plan Develop new business and sales channels Ability to coordinate multiple activities Handle and manage customer escalations Provide front-line technical support and triage Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships Other job assigned by management
Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) Must have access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license Self-motivated, self-regulated College diploma/ degree or equivalent in business, or equivalent experience Minimum two (2) years sales background of telecommunication or media Demonstrated attitude for problem-solving and managing customer escalations Ability to determine solution for customers Must by results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills
