Job Summary: As a store assistant manager, you’re responsible for managing customer relationships, leading and motivating team members. You will also be required to develop new customers in order to expand sales opportunities. Qualifications: · Able to understand and explain knowledge regarding to building materials · Strong communication skills in English, Chinese (Preferred) · Great memory, strong organizational skills on daily tasks · Previous sales and customer service experience is a must · Highly self-motivated and passionate on selling · Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, strategic mindset, planning, and problem-solving skills · Detail-oriented, flexible and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time-management and organizational skills · Confident in making decisions, able to work independently · Driven, self-motivated, confident · Strong interpersonal skills for servicing customers and working with coworkers · Must have management experience in a warehouse, distribution or business service environment · Class 5 driver’s License
