Position Summary
• Set-up, clean and operate powder paint processing equipment
• Monitor quality of runs through various techniques set by management
• Package finished product and ready for shipping and/or storage
• Transport finished runs or full skids to the shipping warehouse
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• General cleaning and housekeeping of area at all times
• Additional duties as assigned by management
• Oversee the inventory warehouse
Position Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year working experience as Machine Operator, or in a similar position preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and good organizational ability
• Proven experience to follow safety instructions and work guidelines
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Be able to work straight night shift

Working Conditions
• Standing for periods of up to 8 hours
• Repetitive lifting of up to 55 lbs
• Exposure to dust and powder coating paint
• Wearing of a face mask for up to 8 hours
